In plain language
When you contact Blissful Support, we only collect the details we need to respond to your enquiry and arrange support for you. We look after that information carefully, we never sell it, and you can ask to see or correct it at any time.
What we collect
Through the enquiry forms on this website we may collect:
- Your name
- Your email address and phone number (optional, if you'd like us to reply that way)
- Your suburb or town (optional, so we know whether we can reach you)
- Who is enquiring — for example, a participant, family member or carer, or a support coordinator
- Your NDIS status and the service you're interested in
- The message you write to us
Why we collect it
We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, to understand what support you might need, and to arrange or provide that support. We may also use it to follow up with you about your enquiry.
How it's stored
Your enquiry details are stored securely in our system and can only be accessed by authorised members of the Blissful Support team. We keep them only for as long as we need them to respond to your enquiry and provide support, or as required by law.
We don't sell your information
We never sell your personal information to anyone. We don't share it with third parties for marketing. We only share it where needed to arrange your support, where you ask us to, or where we're required to by law.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at any time. Just email us at admin@blissfulsupport.com.au or call 0421 182 237.
Concerns or complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, please contact us first and we'll do our best to sort it out. You can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 or at ndiscommission.gov.au.
